The fly bridge water jet system is the most accurate cutting system on the market, and it is a key element in our cutting capabilities. This machine can cut any shape out of most materials. Our Glass kiln is used to fabricate the bent glass and architectural design glass that need melting. For larger and more difficult projects, other vendors fabricate our tempered and bent materials. All of our etching and frosting are done in house. At our Miami location, we perform our own impact and deflection tests under the supervision of an engineer. In order to make sure that our glass works with the structure, a mockup is assembled with the input of the designer and engineer. Our waste is controlled through a filtration system that prevents the silica from entering the ground. Our polishing machine is operated and maintained by trained professionals.
